SAVAI Refund & Return Policy

At SAVAI, we take great pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of our formulations and our commitment to hygiene and safety, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or not purchased directly from our website.

Store Credit Policy

In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please email us at contact@savaicosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for store credit:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You may be asked to provide a clear photo of the item and packaging.

Once approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the affected item(s). Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase at www.savaicosmetics.com.

We do not offer store credit for:

• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact your local carrier)
• Items reported after the 7-day window
